Hi everybody,

In this beginners guide you'll learn how to create an exit page. An exit page is a special page which very quickly re-directs the viewer to another page. You could re-direct a user to your specific affiliate tracking code and make money if they buy that product through your link on the exit page. You can use an exit page in two ways:

Make affiliate links look neater
Track the number of clicks that each link gets (using "Google Analytics" or any other statistical program)

Some people don't like clicking on affiliate links as they might know that you'll make money from them or they just don't like the look of the link!

Setting up an exit page for each product will increase conversions (i.e. the number of people who click on your links). Having exit pages on your site paves the way for split testing which is an advanced technique to improve every aspect of your site, more about this in the future.

You can also use your exit page on OTHER websites; say blogger for example:
You could make a blog all about cash surveys and then add a link to your exit page. You could test out which paid survey site works best with your users by changing the affiliate link on the exit page every now and then, you don't ever have to go back to the blog to sort things out.

Here's our example site and we'll be adding an exit page for the product "123 Cash Surveys":

The affiliate link is currently looking very ugly, we need to hide this with an exit page.

This is the code for an exit page, you can download an example exit page here (http://www.highprofits.com/link.zip) and change it yourself

I have got my affiliate code for 123 Cash Surveys and have cafefully added it into the exit page code after the "url=" part.

You should rename the exit page to something the corresponds to the product, I've called mine "123cashsurveys.html"

http://www.highprofits.com/images/exitcode5.jpg

Now we can replace every High Profits tracking link for 123 Cash Surveys with a link to the "123cashsurveys.html" exit page

Now the link to 123 Cash Surveys looks a lot neater!

If you want to add any analytical tracking to this link then now you can add it to the exit page
