How to contact support?

I decided to give promoting High Profits a go and had a few queries plus a product for the team to market so decided to contact support.Have tried online support form, direct email to support plus my account manager & ICQ since Tuesday but no response so I'm afraid I am distinctly unimpressed already. Has anyone else been more successful in contacting anyone?

You need to check your messages here - http://www.highprofits.com/internal.php?page=account&view=notify. You sent in a couple of tickets to support on the 25th (Thursday), and I replied to them on the 26th...
