How do i add flash banners?

Hi i just joined glad to be a part of High Profits...my question is how or is there a link code for flash banners? Banners with pictures that move like the one above on this page,as i downloaded a link code but it seems to be just your standard picture.....

Hi you will find the same flash banners in the affiliate area just click the section banners, lots of flash ones there.
