Dont you remember when you signed up, you entered your paypal email, and it asked for the minimum payout, and the smallest was 100?

I also believe that 20$ could have been one of their promotions? Or did you actually make a sale?

Thats right, the minimum cashout amount is $100, the $20 is a bonus that you get for signing up with HighProfits
