Editing Website Header

Hello
I need help in editing website header of the template. i not too god in Photoshop to design my own header. i have search the web but could not find the appropriate program to editing or make website header, Kindly suggest some good program to get me out of this problem.

There is always some provision for editing all the details of the site, including, template, design, heading etc. By appropriating the edit button first on the required field you can change or edit all the details which you wish to edit or change.

I have tried photoshop long ago.
I have also tried wordpress with all the info offered here.

I now use microsoft small business live website and I managed to build a website and get indexed in under 8 hours.

It's as easy as using microsoft word. Anyone can do it. I only paid for the domain.

Try GIMP it is the best editing software out there, watch some youtube videos to learn how to use it.
