Getting Conversions using Googe Adwords!!

Hi all, I'm going absolutely crazy! I'm using a website template that was already designed and I'm getting poor quality scores from google adwords saying that there are multiple problems with my landing page! I think my campaign looks good, seems to be really relevant but yet my ads are hardly showing due to poor quality score! And before I changed the cpc rate on my Google keywords, I was seeing activity on High Profits but getting no sales! I want to figure out what's going on! WHAT am I doing wrong? I emailed adwords about this but they just sent me a list of their policies...not too helpful.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE any advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. :D
