I think best possible way to make money (online ofcourse!) is to create a blog. It's easy to setup and new posts come first. It is easy to post comments also in blog.

But, how we can make money with a blog? - This is the three steps process.

1. First we have to start a good post which people feel interesting,
2. Promote your blog and get traffic,
3. Earn revenue from Ads is shown in your blog.

I have to say i found the best way to make money online, was to create your website, with all the free tools eg kompozer, to build your website, firezilla to upload your website,do some keyword research for a domain name which you do have to pay for(as little as 10.00 or less for a year, and then get your hosting account which can be as little as 3.oo a month or less.
Then you can start to send traffic to you website, boom your up and running, and the money starts rolling in yesssss

Survey sites aren't as great. I'd rather use other means of making money on the web. I actually did a few survey sites in my day and it was hard to qualify, maybe it's because I didn't lie like a lot of people do, but I didn't get paid much doing it.

User29 does bring up a simple yet effective idea. This is a great thing to do when you're just starting out, and it kind of gets you into the learning game for IM and working on the web. :)
