The new comer can't have signture,right?

I tried many times, and I saw other new comers asked this same question.I think the new comer don't have right to write signature.when you have enough posts ,so you have the privilge,I think.

I can't edit signature, too. I want to take my site (http://www.showsiteinfo.com) on my signature. Anybody help me how to edit my signature, please :s

You can went to the USER CP.Then edit your personal information and then edit your homepage URL.I think this way will make you happy.
