Not Converting

I have over 1000 Genuine hits on my ads and only 1 sale? anyone else having trouble selling the products here? or is there something i am doing wrong.

hi thanks Dave,
the google ads i added where only put there this week, i am getting the clicks all genuine and monitored via google analytics. Just my luck to get the fussy customers i suppose.

I am having a really hard time selling Highprofits products too.

I the beginning i made some sales but the last week it have been terrible.

I have about 250 unique clicks from the serarch engines every day but no sales.

Please advice me what to do:D
