Being on a free host means that you can never really do well in rankings so i'd start by buying hosting such as Host Clear (http://www.highprofits.com/hostclear.html)

Also you need all the text to be unique, re-write EVERY sentence into your own words as many other people have exactly the same template and haven't changed the text yet
