Putting up my first website

I use the free website hosting at yola to put up my first website. When I uploaded the template 4 (123 Cash formula), I got the following message:

Unzip failed. Some files had restricted mimetypes or extensions.

I don't understand this message. Can anybody explain and advise me of the remedial action?
