Hi Andy, it's great that you've made an effort here; what you put in is generally what you'll get out when it comes to your own site.
Your blog has exactly the same content as your site, you need to write themed blogs on say "how you can earn money on the side with surveys" with unique content.
When you link back to your site write some keywords in the link:
"best paid online surveys (http://www.123cashsurveys.com/)" is much better in the eyes of Google than "click here to see my site (http://www.123cashsurveys.com/)" for example.
Getting an article published on ezinearticles.com is a way to get very powerful links back to your site, so think of an intresting subject and write about it there with a nice keyword link back to your website in the author sig box.
P.S. You have to write in the code for a link, for example:
<a href="http://www.123cashsurveys.com/">Top Paid Survey Review Site</a>

Visually, your site looks good and the theme works well but...
I think you need more content. You write well - for example, I'm sure the High Profits team would really like the review you wrote about them. But all you're going to get from that review is maybe a couple of people signing with High Profits which will not earn you much in the way of commissions. When I clicked on 'Affiliate Marketing' read more... what I would have expected was a review of maybe half a dozen products or programs that would help me earn money as an affiliate marketer.
Here's an example of what I mean
ezhomebizsite.com
This is not my site. I found it because Ray wrote a comment on my blog. He's taking a similar approach to you (and I think your site looks better visually) but there is more content to get your teeth into.
Hope this helps
Simon
