Who should I contact to have some custom banners designed?

I'm working on a new website and I'd like some custom banners designed. Is this still possible? Thanks.

There are actually a lot of freelance sites that would let you post a job description and get offers from people. It would be easier that way as you can probably choose from submissions from the ones interested in doing the job for you. You can also pay them through that portal which would be an advantage either way.

You just have to present them with the specifications and some details and let their creativity work for you.
