If you go to clickbank you can find it there.
By the way it really is a good book for the beginner. I read it when I first started a few years ago and helped me get the basics right in my head
Obviously, it's only the foundation and you will have to build on it from other resources but it's a very good guide

Oh I have ever seen the book Rosalind's Gardner Super Affiliate Handbook in the library in my university. Is it very good? Wow, I should go there and pick it right now :)
