Traffic but nothing else!

My site has been getting good traffic but that's it.

Can someone help me out here? How can I get some signups or sales?

Looking at your site it looks really good. You have a lot of really good content on there, and if you are getting natural traffic then thats great.

On the content on the that you have, I would maybe make the calls to action a little nearer the start of the text in the articles. Whilst you don't want to put people off with a load of links, its important to have one fairly early on for those people with short attention spans!

For the most part it looks a good clean and informative site.

I did see this on some posts as I scrolled down and it looked messy
and does not encourage the click.

I would suggest tidying that up and also consider this. Have less posts on your front page.
Make it two or three. People get bored scrolling down and you loose the visual balance of the site too.

Your site contains good stuffs but make it more informative with some new and attractive things so that visitors get attracted.
Make it more simple with easy applications to use.
