Using NVU as Text Editor

Hi all,
you recommend using NVU as a text editor. Onb their site they say there is a more up to date version called Kompozer, but your guide has screenshots from NVU.
Should we use Kompozer or stick to the older version?

I use Kompozer but it will make no difference what you use. use what you have i say especially if you are used to it.
