View Full Version : Why won't anyone from High Profits answer my query?

:wrong: In my business the keys to success are Marketing and SERVICE. HP's marketing is excellent: service is virtually non-existent as I have been trying to get answers for FIVE WEEKS without a whisper of help from HP. Anyone else in the same boat?

I voted good simply because I did some research on them. They seem like a respectful company. I might actually check their service out. Sorry they wont answer you, it seems a lot of these programs can never answer their users questions. I wish you luck on getting an answer soon though. :)

Thanks for your response. I have to say it's disappointing to be having this experience with HP as I have been looking forward to working at producing an Internet-based income.

I have an existing site called "The Money Connection" that relates to my profession as a licensed Financial Planner, living in Vanuatu and originally from Australia.

It could be the Holiday season as well though, maybe it's a lot harder for them and they're dealing with a lot of inquires. Hope they answer you soon, I have faith they will. :)
