how do i paste link affiliate links/code on my site

hi all affiliates,
am very new in this business and i need you all to help me succeed on my internet business. Right now i have set up my site, and high profits have grant me access to start promoting their products, my problem is, i don't know where and how to place the links to my site. Please kindly give me a step by step guide on how to do this. I will be glad to hear from anyone who cares about my success.

The usual format for a link is as follows:

<a href="your affiliate link">Name of the link</a>

You can find links in the "Advertising Tools" section in the top tab of HighProfits.com

You have several options. You can get the banners from the affiliate site and paste them on your website. Make sure they are above the fold of the page. Or you can incorporate text links into the body of your content. What you could do to get the hang of this is visit succesful marketers sites and see how they do it
