Hey guys i'm new and clueless i'm only at web hosting and am a bit daunted asked to pay the asking price has anybody else done it does it work or is there a better one or even do you really need it i'm too confused any help much appreciated

I don't have a domain name because i don't know how this works, say i want to choose 123 cash surveys do i then pick a domai name associated with that pay the fee for the domain name get the months hosting for a cent, then what? what happens if you get no traffic at all do you lose your money? and why has my account been credited with $20? a LOT of questions i know but ireally like the idea of this , THANKS
