Hi from briggo

I need help so i will try to get some from here,hopefully.
I have found problems with just about everything i try when going through the setup instructions from high profits.First of all getting help from the high profits hosting is impossible they do not answer my tickets unless i contact the main site and complain up to 5 days waiting for help.
I follow the template download instructions to the tee but i cant get anything to come out like they say it should.
When i download a template i save it to a folder i call "my templates"but when i extract the file like they tell me to do i get,"a images,index,and a css files"i dont get a file like they say "index.html"though.
When i put the index file in nuvu i get a not complete website i get a site with half the format missing,no header images etc.Acording to the instructions i should get a complete site without having to get the images from the file
When i do manage to upload it to the web i get all this crap below.

Sophie i dont know if it is my computer or not but i cant get the file i download from the workshop template section to open a complete template what i get is a template with half the formating missing,like the header etc.I have searched the info in the workshop but cant find the answer.

Hi Briggo,

Have you uploaded it to a domain or not? It sounds like you have it open in an editor, in which case it would not show most of the images etc until it is online and the style sheet is active.

If you are still having ptoblems once it is uploaded let me know and I'll check it.
